Due to the nature of antivirus keys, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the key has been delivered. This is because the keys are one-time use only and cannot be resold once they have been sent to a customer. Please make sure you select the correct product before you make your purchase.

Services:

We do not offer returns or refunds on any services that we provide, including repair work. This is because services are non-tangible and cannot be returned once they have been provided. If you have any issues with the work we have performed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Spare Parts:

If you need to return a spare part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the part. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer confirms that the part is defective, we will provide you with a replacement. We do not provide refunds for spare parts.

Please note that during repair work, the condition of your machine can deteriorate. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your machine during repair work.
